Picture Spring

A 30 Day Photo-Centric Celebration

WANT TO REGISTER FOR PICTURE SPRING?

The registration is closed for this version of the class however, please visit Picture Spring (Self-Paced) for the self-paced option of the class. Don't worry, if you register before June 13th, you'll still get access to the class that is already in session too! Read all about it on the Picture Spring (Self-Paced) sales page. Hope to have you join in!

Picture Spring is a 30 day photography prompt project intended to encourage and inspire you to not only celebrate the season of new beginnings but to honor and nourish your creative spirit.

Photography is an artistic medium that offers instant gratification because it only takes a single click to capture an image. This convenience, ease and gentle guidance helps to make a photo-a-day project sustainable and fun! The intention with Picture Spring is to also elevate that click into a mindful meditation, an act of gratitude, a narrative of your heart. Each picture you create will be its own piece of art; a treasure in itself. Nothing else required. No end result to work toward; just your own unique vision personified in a picture. For the 30 days of Picture Spring, that alone is enough.

As you are greeted each morning with a fresh perspective in your inbox; you will use the daily photo prompt to help open your mind and guide your lens to see and capture your life and the world around you in a whole new light. By focusing on the beauty that surrounds you—even amidst the dishes and laundry, deadlines and demands—your outlook will shift and change. Your photographs will become an extension of who you are and how you see the world as you discover your truest inner photographer. Your camera will not only become a valuable tool and trusted companion but a reminder to slow down, appreciate your life and take pride and joy in your creativity.

It is my hope that by participating in the Picture Spring 30 day project, you will not only let yourself get lost in the pure joy and satisfaction of expressing yourself photographically, you will find your authentic, creative, amazing self in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the class start and finish?
Class officially begins on Monday, May 15th and will run through Tuesday, June 13th (30 days). If you miss the official start date you can still enroll; the content will just start for you from the day you enroll (as your own day 1) and run for 30 days from there. NOTE: The class content has designed to be self-paced however from May 15th-June 13th, Tracey will be periodically sharing new content via the online classroom. That said, on June 13th the course will transition into a fully self-paced class. Any content that Tracey adds in the first 30 days will remain in the online class for anyone who may have missed it originally.
Is there a community element in this class?
Yes! In Teachable, every participant has a member profile. Although there isn't a forum in the classroom or a visible class roster, you can still choose to participate via comments. With each day's content (which will come as an email AND will also be accessible in the Picture Spring classroom) comments are welcome! It's a perfect place to connect and share thoughts on the prompts each day. We'll also be using #picturespring as a hashtag so we can find each other's images via any social media channels we're using. Think Instagram!
How long do I have access to the class content?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this class content for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Is this the same content as the original Picture Spring?
Yes, it is! If you joined Tracey for the original class, welcome back! You're going to be thrilled to experience it again through a whole new lens of your life. If this is your first time through, welcome! You're going to love it.
What kind of camera should I use?
Whatever camera you've got! Any and every camera is welcome in the Picture Series. The whole idea is to get inspired to shoot with whatever camera is making you happy these days and above all else, enjoy yourself.
What if I've got administrative issues?
Just shoot Tracey an email at tracey@traceyclark.com.
What if I am unhappy with the class?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Will you be offering the other Picture Series classes?
Hopefully so! Picture Spring is the flagship Picture Series class here at Teachable. For now, Tracey is taking it one class at a time! Updates to follow.
What the difference between a class and a course?
No difference. They are used interchangeably. Tracey usually says class. Teachable usually says course. But, they mean the same thing.

Please note: Once you enroll, you'll be automatically taken to a page on Tracey's website where there's a video to watch and a download sheet, especially for you! You'll be receiving your first Picture Spring email on May 15th.
